Yes. Sole proprietors and informal businesses can apply as a business → select "Sole Proprietorship" as your business type. If you personally own a high-value asset like land, a vehicle, or property, or you're an independent professional such as an advocate, surveyor, accountant, or engineer, use the "Individual Asset Owner" or "Independent Professional" applicant type above → each has its own, lighter verification process suited to what's being verified.
Not yet. AgileSoko is designed to support secure escrow-style transaction protection for qualifying high-value transactions in the future, but this functionality is not currently operational. Don't assume escrow protection is available for any transaction on the platform today.
Yes. Once verified, your Business Management Dashboard lets you create, edit, and remove listings at any time. Individual asset owners and professionals can request changes to their listing through our verification team.
We create your Firestore profile and, for businesses, your dashboard, then send an activation email. Once you set your password, you can log in and start publishing verified listings immediately.
